S91 Top Up

Step 1: Select Your Top Up Amount

Open the S91 Top Up page and select one of the displayed preset amounts: RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 or RM3,000. A Custom Amount option is also available when you need to enter a different amount.

Step 2: Choose a Payment Method

Select the payment option you want to use. S91 displays FPX, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go as available Top Up methods. The next payment screen depends on the method selected.

Step 3: Tap Pay Now

After confirming the amount and payment method, tap Pay Now to continue. By proceeding with payment, users are shown that they agree to the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Step 4: Complete the Payment

Follow the instructions shown on the selected payment page. FPX continues to its payment selection interface, DuitNow QR generates a QR payment screen, and Touch ’n Go continues through the available e-wallet payment interface.

Step 1: Select FPX

Choose FPX from the S91 Top Up payment methods after selecting your desired amount, then tap Pay Now to proceed to the payment interface.

Step 2: Review the Deposit Details

The FPX payment page displays the deposit amount together with a Reference No. and Transaction Time. Review these details before selecting a payment option.

Step 3: Select Online Banking or DuitNow QR

The displayed payment interface provides Online Banking options including Maybank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, CIMB Bank, Affin Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional. It also displays DuitNow QR options through Touch ’n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and DuitNow.

Step 4: Follow the Payment Instructions

Select the preferred available payment option and continue with the instructions provided on the payment screen. Users should ensure their bank account is activated for online payment processing and avoid clicking a submit button more than once.

Step 5: Keep the Reference Number

Take note of the transaction Reference No. displayed on the payment page. The payment instructions recommend keeping this reference in case Customer Service assistance is required.

Step 1: Select DuitNow QR

On the S91 Top Up page, choose DuitNow QR after selecting your top-up amount and tap Pay Now to generate the payment page.

Step 2: Check the Order Amount

Review the displayed Order Amount, Pay Only amount and Reference No. before making payment. The amount shown on the QR payment page should correspond to the selected S91 Top Up amount.

Step 3: Scan the DuitNow QR Code

Scan the generated DuitNow QR code using a supported payment application and complete the payment for the displayed amount. A Download QR option is also shown on the payment page.

Step 4: Complete Payment Before the QR Expires

The DuitNow QR page displays an expiry countdown. The QR code should only be scanned and paid once. Do not reuse the QR, refresh or go back during the process, and do not proceed with payment after the QR code or order has expired.

Step 1: Select Touch ’n Go

Choose Touch ’n Go from the available S91 Top Up methods after selecting the amount you want to add, then tap Pay Now to continue.

Step 2: Review the Payment Details

The payment interface displays the MYR amount, date, order ID and S91 as the payment recipient. Check the displayed information before proceeding.

Step 3: Select the E-Wallet

Under Select Payment Method, choose the E-Wallet option and select Touch ’n Go from the available e-wallet selection.

Step 4: Pay the Displayed MYR Amount

Select the payment button showing the corresponding MYR amount and follow the payment interface to complete the Touch ’n Go transaction.

Preset and Custom Top Up Options

S91 provides preset Top Up selections of RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 and RM3,000. Users can also select Custom Amount when the required top-up value is not one of the preset options.

Confirm the Amount Before Paying

Check the selected amount before tapping Pay Now, and review the amount again when redirected to the selected payment interface. This helps ensure the payment details correspond to the intended Top Up.

Review Previous Top Up Activity

The History section is located below the payment area on the S91 Top Up page. Users can refer to this section to check available records of their previous Top Up activity. If there are no records, the page displays “No top up history yet.”

What payment methods are available for S91 Top Up?

The S91 Top Up page displays FPX, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go as payment methods.

What Top Up amounts can I select?

The displayed preset amounts are RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 and RM3,000. A Custom Amount option is also available.

How do I Top Up using FPX?

How do I Top Up using DuitNow QR?

Can I reuse a DuitNow QR code?

No. The displayed payment warning states that the QR code can only be scanned and paid once and should not be reused.

What happens if the DuitNow QR expires?

Do not proceed with payment when the QR code or order has expired. Return to the Top Up process and generate the required payment transaction again.

How do I Top Up with Touch ’n Go?

Select Touch ’n Go on the Top Up page, proceed to the payment interface, choose Touch ’n Go under the E-Wallet payment method and continue with the displayed MYR payment amount.

Where can I check my Top Up records?

Previous Top Up records can be checked in the History section on the S91 Top Up page when transaction history is available.
